Pocket PC Installation

1. If you get one of the following messages on the device:
   1. “Failed to create engine …”
   2. “There is no application associated with “BASIC Installer…”
   3. “Cannot find extension Forms Data”
   See VBRegFix. This is an interesting article about why this problem happens in the first place and how to overcome it. If this does not solve the problem, you will need to do a backup, hard reset and reinstall the software, thereby resetting the Registry.
2. Make sure that you are using the latest version of ActiveSync. Get the latest version from Microsoft here.

Sun & Moon Calculator Version 4.4.x Upgrade

With this upgrade a number of file locations have been moved and it is therefore necessary for you to re-register the software at no cost to yourself.
In order for us to supply registered users with a new 6 digit registration key please let our support department have the 8 digit serial number that appears in the About window.
